On Wednesday the 17^th of March, we celebrated at school St. Patrick’s Day.

St. Patrick`s day is the main holiday in Ireland. We learn about Irish culture: the flag, the symbols like the shamrock or the green colour, the legend of the leprechaun and the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, …

On St. Patrick’s day you have to wear something green. Children usually pinch those who don’t wear green.
